Man Arrested for Saying "F@#K Her in the Pu$$y" on Newscast

On Monday, FTVLive FIRST told you about the idiot that grabbed the microphone from a WAND reporter during Decatur Celebration and uttering the obscene phrase "fuck her in the pussy" on live television.

Sean Streaty was performing a live broadcast for WAND and at 10:01PM the teen grabbed his microphone, uttered the phrase before taking off. 

“The newscast spread on the Internet,” said Decatur Police Sgt. Shane Brandel. “From that the suspect was identified.” The suspect was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and battery. He was released on a notice to appear in court.

He is due in circuit court for his arraignment Sept. 5.

FTVLive has filed a counter claim, since the use of this video clearly falls into the "fair use" guidelines.
