And Yet Another News Anchor is Busted

This Summer has seen a number of News Anchors thrown in the slammer.

The latest to get pinched by the Po Po is KOLO 8 (Reno) News Anchor Pat Hambright.

The station says that Hambright is facing multiple charges after his arrest late Saturday night.

The charges include misdemeanor “DUI, above legal limit, 1-ST”, felony “child abuse or neglect, 1-ST” and misdemeanor “fail to decrease speed or use due care.”

One of Hambright’s children was in the car at the time of the arrest in Reno.

KOLO 8 management takes such charges seriously. The station says that Hambright is on leave from KOLO 8.

In other words, don't expect to see him on their air again.
