Meet The Press Loses Big in Home Market

As the rumors turn red-hot that NBC is going to give Meet The Press Moderator David Gregory the hook, the bad news keeps piling up.

After another embarrassing show on Sunday, the ratings are in and it's more bad news for Gregory.

In his home market of DC, MTP got beat across the board by Fox News Sunday. Chris Wallace's show beat MTP in every measurement: households, total viewers and the A25-54 demo, according to Nielsen.

Both FNS and MTP had interviews with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the ratings indicate more DC viewers chose Wallace’s interview over Gregory’s.

The David Gregory is gone rumor mill just kicked it into another gear.
