Former WCBS Anchor Rob Morrison was back in court on Tuesday to face charges of harassing his wife former CBS MoneyWatch Anchor Ashley Morrison.

Rob got in more trouble with the court after trying to call Ashley 121 times over Memorial Day weekend.

While Rob was in court talking to the judge, Ashley was posting selfies of her in a bikini by a Miami pool with their 9-year-old son.

“I have relocated and I am happy to now call Florida home!!’’ wrote Ashley amid posts of other sexy selfies. “[Son] Jack and I will be spending a lot of our time relaxing, hanging out in the pool and getting our new house set up, until I go back to work in a couple of weeks!! — in Miami, FL,’’ she added.

She didn’t respond to questions asking where she now works.

Rob tried to explain his numerous phone calls to his wife. He said he only repeatedly phoned her because he’s supposed to get to video-chat with Jack daily — and hadn’t gotten through.

“I want the system to start working for me. I’m a great dad who deserves to spend time with his son,’’ he said.

Another hearing is set for August. But Morrison will be back in court again next week for the couple’s child-custody battle.
