ET Anchor Going Back to Real News

It appears that Entertainment Tonight co-host Rob Marciano is sick of the fluff and celebrities and is ready to go back to doing some real news.

The Wrap reports that the former CNN meteorologist and current ET Host is set to exit the syndicated magazine program just 18 months after coming on board. 

Marciano informed “ET” he wanted to go back to his hard news roots, according to show insiders.

Word is that he already landed a new gig at a major news organization, which is expected to be announced in a matter of days.
