Helping Out

KIRO in Seattle is providing live pictures from scene of KOMO's News Chopper crash to KOMO.

The station made the live feed available to KOMO to help them out in their coverage.

The KOMO chopper went down right in front of the station's  Fisher Plaza studio. The crash was witnessed by a number of KOMO employees looking out the window. Witnesses said they could hear that the news chopper was in trouble before it went down. 

The crash happened just seconds after the helicopter lifted off from the station.
