Mouse House CEO Bob Iger could leave the Magic Kingdom in 2018 with a $60-million dollar bonus. In a filing with the SEC, Disney outlined a performance-based retention bonus for Bob Iger that could generate tens of millions if Disney brings in more than $76-billion over a five year period.

Iger's current salary is $2.5-million per year - but with his bonus, he brings in about $34.4-million annually. That's a lot of 'fast passes'.

I think a lot of people would agree, just being married to Willow Bay should be 'bonus' enough.
