Longtime News Director and News Manager Joe Coscia is making a return to the newsroom. Coscia has spent the past several years developing shows and inserts for TV stations. 

Now he is returning to the newsroom and more specifically WPIX in New York. Coscia is joining WPIX next week to EP the station's election coverage. 

Here is the internal memo that was sent out to the staff by News Director Mark Effron:
