You may remember the story of Paula Lopez, the Santa Barbara Anchor that went missing and a huge police effort was launched to try and find her.

She showed up a few hours later in her own home. Police, her station or Lopez herself would never say what happened?

After spending weeks off the newscast at KEYT, Lopez finally returned and again never said anything about why she was gone.

Then just a short time later, Lopez went missing from the air again. The station never commented and no one said anything as to where she was.

Well.....Lopez finally popped up again in the public eye.

But this time is was in a mugshot after she was arrested for public-intoxication.

Cops busted Lopez Monday afternoon near her home.

She was taken into custody, and later released with a citation to appear in court. Police say that the case will be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review.

Since Lopez is married to Superior Court Judge Frank Ochoa, we expect she will never even enter a courtroom and will get off with small fine and some court ordered treatment program.

Once again, the management at KEYT refuse to comment on their anchor's arrest and when or if she will ever return to the air?
