Reporter is All Wet

We're guessing that the news in Spokane might be a bit slow lately.
KHQ sent Reporter Katie Steiner out to show that when it rains, the streets have water in them. We know..... it's the hard investigative reporting you want.
Steiner was also able to show that if you stand next to water in the road and a car drives through the water, you get wet.
If Steiner doesn't win and Emmy for this reporting, we're crying foul.
