Leno Posts Biggest First Quarter in 3 Years

NBC is happy to finally have the whole Jay and Jimmy saga behind them.​

The Peacock was able to push Leno out the door without nearly the problems they have had in the past.​

And it's a good thing they are able to get rid of Leno as quickly as they are.​

In the ratings for the first quarter of the year, Leno was a solid number 1.

What?!

Wait! So they guy that the 5th place network is getting rid of, just had his best 1st quarter in 3 years?​

Yep!​

​For the first quarter of 2013, "Tonight" stretched its leads versus one year ago over CBS's "Late Show" in viewers 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54. 

"Tonight's" 17 percent advantage over "Late Show" is its biggest for a first quarter in three years.

​Good thing NBC is getting rid of the guy. Otherwise they might move up in the ratings and God knows NBC doesn't want that to happen.
