​Word is that CNN Reporter Poppy Harlow is pissed about the criticism she has gotten since her live report from the Steubenville Rape Trial.

FTVLive had called the report between her and anchor Candy Crowley back in the studio as the worst network reporting job we have ever seen.

Just after the verdict of guilty was handed down to the two boys that raped a teenage girl, Harlow said “It’s incredibly emotional, even for an outsider like me. These two young men, with promising futures, star football players, A students, literally watched as their lives fell apart.”

Between her an Crowley, they really did not talk much about the victim in the case and continues to talk about these bright young men, who's lives are ruined by this verdict.​

A petition was launched against CNN and has garnered more signatures that people that actually ​saw the live report. 

It seems now that Harlow is really hurt by all these people that saw her reporting as unfair (even if it was). The Wrap writes that two insiders at CNN say that the controversy had hit reporter Poppy Harlow, covering the events in Steubenville, particularly hard.

“Poppy is taking this extremely personally as a woman,” said one executive. “She’s outraged that someone would think she’d do such a thing” as slant her coverage toward rapists. “It’s gotten so out of control.”

We have news for Poppy, ​ it isn't "someone would think she’d do such a thing" It's over 240,000 someones that think that.

Maybe it might be better to admit your report was as awful as people think, learn from the mistake and move on. 

But that's just us....​
