Miami Station Brings Anchor Back from the Dead

WPLG in Miami has brought Ann Bishop back to life, 16 years after she died.​

Bishop was a legend in Miami TV News, but she passed away in 1997. That hasn't stopped WPLG from using her in a recent promo for the stations News Department.​

The strange thing is that some of the people in the promo, look like they would have been just children when Bishop was doing the news. ​And there is no question that some of the talent in the promo were just kids when Bishop was doing the news. 

We know that TV stations will do anything to get ratings. But even this is a bit morbid and cheesy all at the same time. SHame on WPLG for doing this. ​
