Sponsor Love - EPH Communications
/TGIF! But as you know (or maybe you don't) FTVLive doesn't stop on the Weekends. We continue to update this site 24/7.
This has been another record week for FTVLive. Traffic went through the roof and thousands of new people came and came back to the website this week. I want to welcome all the new people that stopped by and comeback anytime.
We'll leave the server on for ya.
And the way we leave it on is thanks to FTVLive's great sponsors. These are the best companies in and around TV news. We only accept ads from quality companies! You can be assured if you see an ad for any company on this site, that company is at the top of their game.
Watching the video of the weather anchor that couldn't stop saying the phrase "So far so Good," reminds me of when I was a News Director and had an anchor that did something similar on camera that drove me crazy.
I had brought in a Talent Coach to work with all the on air talent. Not only did he "fix" the anchor, all the talent looked and preformed so much better after his visit. From that time on, even when I took a News Director job at other stations...I made sure to use the Talent Coach at each and everyone of them.
The Talent Coach is Eric Huguelet and I promise you that he gets results.
Eric is the man behind EPH Communications.
Eric coaching talent since the early seventies. After starting the coaching service at Frank Magid Associates, he created EPH Communications in 1978 to better serve the talent needs of television stations and broadcast professionals.
As the leading provider of talent coaching, we take pride in offering the best coaching services available. We are dedicated to serving the needs of our customers each and every day.
No firm has been at it longer - 38 years of superior work with forward thinking television companies, among them Hearst, Gannett, ABC, CNN, & Fox.
Your folks get quality one-on-one feedback, intensive work on improved delivery, and a road map for progress.
You get results.
We focus on the delivery, not the ancillary image aspects of the production. If your coach also does makeup or wardrobe or hair, you're not getting informed, focused, nitty-gritty input on presentation. That said, there are plenty of folks who advise on hair, wardrobe, and makeup. We'll help you find the good ones.
