WBIR in Knoxville dug into its past for a February Sweeps stunt.

The station brought back former anchors for what they called was a "retro" newscast.

Edye Ellis, Bob Kesling, and Moira Kaye joined Anchor Emeritus Bill Williams on the anchor desk for 10News at 6:00.

Viewers also heard from popular former weathercaster Margie Ison, who shared that she was unable to appear in person because she has been battling thyroid cancer.

The newscast helped mark the 30th anniversary of WBIR's brand, Straight from the Heart.
