Sawyer Lands Amanda Knox

Diane Sawyer has landed a big interview for ABC News.

Sawyer will sit down with Amanda Knox, the college junior who spent four years in an Italian prison after being accused of murdering her British roommate.

ABC will use Sawyer's Knox interview for a prime time special at the start of the May Book.

So why is Knox now finally going to speak to the media?

Because she will have a new book to pimp. The interview with Sawyer is timed to the publication of Knox’s book, “Waiting to Be Heard.”
