CBS Evening News Sees Ratings Climb

The CBS Evening News has posted it's best ratings since 2009.

The Scott Pelley lead newscast posted its best deliveries in both households and viewers since the week ending Jan. 30, 2009 and its best delivery in adults 25-54 since the week ending Nov. 9, 2012, according to Nielsen.

 The Network Newscast posted year-to-year ratings gains among households (5.0/09 from 4.5/08, +11%), viewers (7.48m from 6.60m, +13%) and adults 25-54 (1.8/06 from 1.6/06, +13%).
