WTLV Weather Anchor Tim Deegan pleaded "No Contest" to the DUI charges against him.

The judge sentenced Deegan to 12 months probation and will  have his license suspended for six months as part of the plea agreement.

The longtime Jacksonville meteorologist had first pleaded not guilty to DUI and running a stop sign but later changed his plea to no contest.

Deegan must also pay court costs and fines of $1,031 and attend DUI school.

The station posted Deegan's job on their website and has no commented about his future with the station.
