Jacksonville Weatherman Off the Air

FTVLive FIRST told you that WTLV Weatherman Tim Deegan was busted by police for DUI over the Weekend. 

While WTLV is not talking, Deegan is not on the air. Mike Prangley was filling in for Deegan on this evening's newscasts. 

Police stopped Deegan after they say  he rolled through a four-way stop sign around 7:15 p.m. on Saturday night.

Deegan was asked to get out of the Jeep he was driving and he complied.

The officers on scene stated they read Deegan his Miranda Rights and proceeded to conduct a DUI investigation.

They placed Deegan under arrest and he was charged with DUI and booked into the Duval County Jail at 9:48 p.m. Saturday. He was released from jail on Sunday.
