Mark Nalbone, part owner and GM of KTWO the Wyoming CBS affiliate, was arrested this weekend for allegedly driving under the influence.

Casper Police were dispatched to a three-vehicle crash on the Bryan Stock Trail overpass over Interstate 25 just after 10 p.m. Saturday. An officer spoke to Nalbone, who was one of the drivers, and reported that alcohol could be smelled on Nalbone’s breath.

Nalbone reportedly told the officer that he had consumed two glasses of wine between 6 and 9 p.m. while at a fundraiser at the Casper Events Center. The center featured the “Dancing with the Stars of Casper” event Saturday night.

The officer asked Nalbone to perform a field sobriety test. According to the police report, Nalbone’s heels missed his toes on three instances during the nine-step walk-and-turn test and placed his foot on the ground during the one-leg stand test.

Nalbone consented to a breath test, which indicated a .141 percent alcohol content, according to the report. He was arrested and transported to the Natrona County Detention Center.

Boy! That must have been two really big glasses of wine.

Just saying...
