Do You Do Any Background Checks?

KTNV (Reno) recently hired Jessica McClain as a Weekend Anchor/Reporter.

I do wonder if stations do background checks any longer, or are they just excited to find someone to take the job.

A check of their new hire’s social media shows her pushing conspiracy theories and as an election denier. You would have thought that would have thrown up some kind of red flag.
