The Problem of Going Live

As news crews in SoCal are trying to go live to cover the wildfires, they are running into issues.

The LiveU or backpacks are having problems as cell towers are getting knocked off line due to the fires.

Satelite trucks are an option, but they take time to setup and move and that can be dangerous with the swift moving fires.

The safest/Best solution is something like a Dejero "cube" that talks to a Starlink on top of a nearby van. It is not reliant on cell towers & easy to move when conditions become unsafe.

The problem is many stations have not invested in the latest technology, as they are all trying to cut costs.
