Fired in Myrtle Beach

Back in February, FTVLive told you that WMBF’s (Myrtle Beach) Sports Director, Dave Ackert, was arrested after police say he threatened to kill a bar owner.

Police said at the time that they arrested a highly intoxicated Ackert, charging him with public intoxication.

Just days after his arrest, he was back on the air.

But, now it appears that he has been exited from the Gray station.

He posted this to his social media.
