Sinclair’s WHP (Harrisburg) sent Joel D. Smith into a Black-owned barbershop to talk about if Kamala Harris is really Black? Hint: She is Black.

Harris is a white guy, but it’s all good because he wore a Jordan T-shirt under his sport coat.
