Crossing the Street in DC

After 9 years at Tegna’s WUSA in DC, Anchor/Reporter Adam Longo is leaving the station.

While Longo is leaving WUSA, he’s not leaving the DC market.

Sources tell FTVLive that Longo is crossing the street to Sinclair’s WJLA. We hear that he will become the morning Anchor at WJLA, taking the position of Robert Burton, who left to sell stuff on social media.

We also hear that WUSA Anchor/Reporter Delia Goncalves is also getting out at the Tegna station.

Goncalves is said to be leaving for a comms job outside of TV news.

Two big losses for the flagship Tegna station, just as a new CEO has taken over.
