Can They Both Lose?

Fired CNN host Don Lemon is suing Elon Musk.

Lemon is suing Musk and X (Twitter), accusing them of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, misappropriation of Lemon’s name and likeness, and breach of express contract.

Lemon says he had a deal with Twitter, but after he interviewed Musk, the deal was pulled.

I don’t know about you, but this is one lawsuit I would like to see both sides lose.
