Promoted at Scripps

KTNV (Las Vegas) Reporter Alyssa Bethencourt posted that she has been promoted at the Scripps station to “Senior Reporter.”

Bethencourt has been in the business for just 5 years, working in the small market of El Paso before moving to Las Vegas.

I guess the bar for becoming a “Senior Reporter” has been lowered quite a bit over the years.

Also, when you make Senior Reporter, it requires two selfies instead of the usual one.
