Making a Return in Texas

Japhanie Gray signed off from KSAT (San Antonio) and headed to WSLS Roanoke in 2021.

Gray worked as a Reporter/fill-in Anchor at KSAT before leaving for WSLS.

Now, Gray is leaving WSLS and headed back to KSAT.

This time she will be the morning Anchor.

“Leaving San Antonio two and half years ago was tough, but it was something that needed to be done to be the professional I am today,” Gray said. Even though I’m coming back under a new title, I am still the same ol’ Japh. What you’ll see is what you’ll get on and off-air. I will always keep it real and will always bring positive vibes.”

She starts the new gig August 5th.
