Sinclair Swings the Ax Yet Again

Sinclair has done it again….

This time the company gutted their CBS Affiliate in El Paso, Texas.

The staff at KDBC were told that jobs will be eliminated as the company has decided to eliminate most and perhaps all of its local newscasts.

“Beginning August 5, we will be making changes to the way we produce news in El Paso and refocusing our resources across our two stations in the market, CBS4, and KFOX14,” said Sinclair's mouthpiece Jessica Bellucci.

The station signed on the air in 1952, but Sinclair basically killed it in 2024.
