Instagraming While Driving
/KPRC (Houston) Reporter Moriah Ballard was driving through flooded streets and doing an Instagram post at the same time.
Is this really a good example, and the fact that she turns off the wipers to give viewers a better view (what about safety?) is just another nugget.
What the hell is going on at this Graham station?
