Nexstar’s KSEE/KGPE posted a job for an Operations Technician.

According to the job post, the Operations Technician will do four jobs. The listing states, “The Operations Technician has four primary tasks: Newscast Directing, Newscast Audio Operator, Media Center Operator, and Master Control Operator.”

The job is listed as paying $15.75 an hour.

But, you see, that’s a problem because the minimum wage in California is $16 an hour.

It’s bad enough that you are hiring one person to do four jobs, but if you don’t pay them at least the minimum wage, you’re breaking the law.
