WPRI (Providence) Political Reporter Ted Nesi has an idea.

You would think that since Nesi is the political editor for the station, he would know first hand that Congress could not do that.

Why?

Because Congress can’t do anything, except yell at the other side and offer up asinine bills that have no chance of passing, but gives the politician and chance to hog the limelight.

Congress is completely broken.
