Left the Business

For over 25 years, Walt Buteau was a Reporter for WPRI in Providence. In January 2021, he moved to Tampa to be the Investigative Reporter for WFLA.

He has now left Florida and headed back to Rhode Island, but don’t look for him on the news.

Buteau is now a Real Estate Agent in the New England area.

It seems like moving into realestate would have been a better move 3 years ago, when the housing market was on fire and interest rates were low.

Then again, the TV industry is not exactly killing it either.
