Recording The Newscast in Buffalo

A source tells FTVLive that Scripps-owned WKBW in Buffalo has been recording the 11PM newscasts.

While I have commented over and over as to why this cost-cutting move sucks, here is some advice for the Scripps station.

If you’re going to pre-record newscasts, you might want to ditch the clocks in the newsroom.

Our source says that a Reporter during the 11PM newscast said she was “live in the newsroom” but the clock behind her, showed in was 9:30.
