Gone in San Francisco

Newsroom employees at Nexstar’s KRON (San Francisco) are wondering what happened to San Jose Reporter Justin Campbell.

“Where did he go? Was he fired? Contract not renewed? Usually, the newsroom is informed about a departure,” said one station insider to FTVLive.

A check of Campbell’s Twitter (x) seems to confirm that he is no longer with KRON.

His bio reads “Real Estate”, which I guess he’s now selling houses. With the housing market slowing and real estate commision rates going down, seems like a strange trime to get into that business. But, then again, it’s not like TV news is thriving.

Campbell did make FTVLive back in 2022, when he was fanboying over Tim Cook.
