Former CBS O&O GM Sues the Company and Others

Former WJZ (Baltimore) General Manager Audra Swain has filed a lawsuit against CBS’s parent company Paramount. She is also suing CBS Chief Executive Officer George Cheeks, and Co-Head of CBS News & Stations Wendy McMahon.

Swain claims she was fired unjustly and was not paid money owned to her.
