/In a cost cutting move, Sinclair is combining the news operations of KTVO (Kirksville, Missouri) and KHQA (Quincy, Illinois).
The first the newscast of the “Tri-State Trusted” news, kicked off this week.
They brought what is left of the teams together for promo shoots.
