Gray’s WANF (Atlanta) did “breaking news” during their newscast about Donald Trump’s “deal” with Mexican President Sheinbaum, in which Trump claimed that the Mexican President agreed to shut down the southern border so no immigrants could get in.

WANF’s “reporting” basically consisted of what Trump posted on social media.

Mexico’s President Sheinbaum and other news outlets claim this was not true.

Why was WANF so lazy in their reporting? Or are they just pushing Trump’s claims without checking?
