Back in October, in a Patron Only story, FTVLive told you that WVIT Morning Anchor Heide Voight has not been on the air for more than two months and the NBC O&O has said nothing about her long absence from the air.

Recently, one viewer hit the proverbial nail on the head with this post.

If you want viewers to watch and be vested in your newscasts, you need to be more transparent with them.
