CBS O&O Violating the Law

In Maryland, it is required that companies must post salary information in their job postings.

Apparently, CBS belives they are above the law.

Look at this job posting for an Assistant News Director. While you’ll see that the troubled station is “seeking a dynamic, creative, self-motivated, decision-making Assistant News Director for our day side news daypart!” What you don’t see is how much they plan to pay this person.

I guess we don’t care what the law states.
