Nexstar Has a Problem

Nexstar’s News Nation is struggling very badly in trying to get viewers watching.

The company claims that News Nation is an unbiased news operation, and that simply is not true.

And you can look no further than News Nation’s Southwest Correspondent Ali Bradley.

While she Is clearly a Trump supporter, like Trump, she has a problem with the truth.

Bradley Is posting border stories each day up until the election to try and garner support for Trump.

On Sunday, she posted this about ‘Rape Trees’.

Perhaps Bradley should go back and check things before she reposts them, to see if they were true or not to begin with.

The “rape trees” story is clearly not. And even if she didn't know that then in 2021, she should now.

Her colleagues at the Nexstar-owned Border Report reported at least as far back as 2022 that authorities along the border (local and federal) debunked these claims of "rape trees"”

Hell, even a quick Google search would have turned up that this was a false narrative.

It was a scare tactic pushed by the GOP, just like the pets being eaten in Springfield, Ohio.

I guess Bradley decided to bring back the GOP talking point, hoping that it would help Trump, even if it were not true.

The bigger question isn’t why Bradley is posting false stories; it is why no one at News Nation Is stepping in and stopping her from posting false stories.

If News Nation wants viewers and wants to be trusted, stop reporting fake news.

Just saying…
