What is hard to understand is the fact that Nexstar is the largest owner of local TV stations in the country.

Can’t the company grow its own talent and hire from inside the food chain? Are the Journalists working at local Nexstar stations not good enough?

It appears that way as Nexstar continues to hire castoffs from other networks.
