I don’t think anyone will be nominating WTTG Anchor Angie Goff for Mom on the Year.
Goff decided to hit her young daughter in the head with an egg, to try and gain some social media clout.
The daughter started crying, and Goff laughed away (and of course, made an edit to the video, so you didn’t see all the crying).
Supposedly, this was part of the “egg challenge” that is going around on social media.
You would hope that an anchor in DC might be mature enough and smart enough to not feel the need to partake. But, then again, this is talent from The Firm’s DC station, where many of them act like thirsty teenagers looking to trend on social media.
WTTG station management must be so very proud of what comes out of that place.
