That Was The First Question

You would have thought that Fox News very first question in the GOP debate would have been about Donald Trump and four indictments against him.

Never before in history has a former President, also the leading candidate in the GOP race, been arrested four times.

On the eve of him turning himself in to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, this would have to be the subject of the first question asked of the candidates running against him.

RIGHT?

WRONG!

You forgot that this debate was on Fox News, so Trump’s legal problems was not the first question.

Nope. The first question was about the song "Rich Men North of Richmond".

"Governor [Ron] DeSantis, why is this song striking such a nerve in this country right now? What do you think it means?"
Fox News host Martha MacCallum asked as the very first debate question.

Are you kidding me?!

It showed you that even though Fox News was stiffed by Donald Trump, and his legal situation is the biggest story in this election season, Fox News was too scared to piss off Trump and his followers.

Fox News did a disservice to the American voter all to make Trump happy.

So sad.
