A Group of Journalists Go to the Beach

I know the headline sounds like the start of a joke, but a group of Seattle TV news people all went to the beach together.

In the photo posted by Dan Griffin of KCPQ, you see Steve McCarron, Jackie Kent, Jeremy Harris, Lynette Nguyen from KOMO. Kevin Ko from KORO and Christine Pai and Brady Wakayama from KING.

While I guess it’s nice that the tv news people can get together, I come from the old school of the competition is the enemy and the only goal is to beat them.

But we now live in a time of everyone plays, we don’t keep score, and everyone gets a trophy.

The times have changed.
