That's Refreshing...

First, I should start this story by saying that I have always thought WBNS (Columbus) Anchor Yolanda Harris is a very good anchor. She is solid at her job and most often very good at social media.

But, the other day I saw this post from Harris and I posted to FTVLive. FTVLive pointed out that the post did nothing to get viewers to tune in and offered no information.

I wrote, ”Sometimes, the best social media post is no post at all. This is one of those times.”

Now, often when I call out a talent for something they posted on social media, they block me, crawl up into a ball, and even go to YouTube to pour out their feelings.

Harris went on social media and said this:

This is why I like Harris. She saw the FTVLive story, looked again at her post and realized that it really wasn’t up to her standards.

It is refreshing to see a talent that can check their ego, admit they don’t always get it right and move on.

I liked Yolanda Harris before, I like her more now.
