There was a time when if a Journalist posted a picture of themselves drinking, they would find themselves in the News Director’s office answering questions about what the fuck they were thinking? And would be told how this hurts the Journalist and the station's credibility.

But now, with media companies such as Tegna, this shit is allowed to happen with no recourse.
