Back Again in Louisville *
/WLKY (Louisville) announced the return of award-winning sports anchor Kent Taylor to its sports team. Taylor, with over 30 years of experience in covering local sports in Greater Louisville and beyond, will rejoin the station in June, marking a significant homecoming for the seasoned journalist.

Kent Taylor's extensive knowledge and expertise will complement the WLKY Sports team, which includes Fred Cowgill, Britt Del Barba, and Dominque Yates. As a Louisville native and a graduate of St. Xavier High School, Taylor's journey in sports journalism began with an internship under WLKY's Fred Cowgill and Rick Van Hoose during the summer of 1992. He joined WLKY as an editor and photographer in 1994, and since then, has established himself as a prominent figure in the industry. Taylor has covered every major sporting event in his hometown, including the Kentucky Derby, Final Four, PGA Championship, Senior PGA Championship, and the Ryder Cup.
