Ollie is Headed on "Vacation"

It seems like every time that someone in hot water at Fox News went on “vacation”, CNN media critic Oliver Darcy would hint that the “pre-planned vacation” was really a suspension.

Well, now Darcy is head on a “pre-planned vacation” just days after he called out his own network for kowtowing to Donald Trump in a town hall that was more like a long Trump commercial.

Darcy, took to his newsletter to try and tell us that he was not suspended and that this really Is a vacation.

This is what he wrote:

“I am heading off on a pre-planned vacation. Yes, I know what you're thinking. I've covered many "pre-planned" vacations before. But I can assure you, this is *not* that. It's my wife's 30th birthday and we are headed off for a few days somewhere special. Rest assured, I'll be back in your inbox on Wednesday. This newsletter will be on a mini-break until then.”
