Court Reinstates Portions of Sex-Misconduct Lawsuit Against News Nation Boss

A court has reinstated parts of the lawsuit against News Nation boss Micheal Corn that were previously dismissed by a lower court.

This action allows the plaintiffs to pursue claims of assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The charges stem from when Corn worked at ABC News before he abruptly left the network.

A former producer of ABC’s “Good Morning America” named Corn and accused in a lawsuit of him sexually assaulting two female employees and creating a hostile work environment on the show.

Corn denies the charges.
